In my opinion, wealthy nations should share their wealth among poorer nations.

  As it is said, people walk to high places; water flows down to the low. That is to say, the highest level of good deeds is like water which favors all without caring about vanity.

  As it was written in the Holy Bible, about 3,000 years ago, there were 7 years of harvest in Egypt. Many nations around it suffered from severe famine. People scrambled getting food into Egypt whose government was willing to help them.

  However, save the emergency but not save the poor.

  That means if you give fish to the poor, they will eat it all. There is no more. But if you teach them how to fish, then they can survive by themselves.

  China’s policy of ‘one route and one road’ is a typical example that rich nations share their wealth among poorer nations. The government of China invests into infrastructure construction like railroads, power stations, highways or so along the Silk Road, helping those poorer nations such as Pakistan, to enhance their life and to enable them to be capable of reproduction. Modern roads can easily deliver their goods to the international market. Remote countries can appear on the global stage. Then they can do everything that couldn’t be done in the past.

  Certainly, it is the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves.
